Anomaly Squared is looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent to join our dedicated team in the telecommunications industry. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with potential customers and contribute to our growth in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and identify their needs
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team
• Must have your own equipment
• Must live and reside in one of the following states- North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
