Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Introduce company products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings for sales representatives or management teams.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and customer information.
- Update CRM and scheduling systems with relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in company services.
- Manage appointment calendars and coordinate scheduling conflicts when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, appointment setting, administrative support, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
