Contact prospective clients via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
Introduce company products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
Qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings for sales representatives or management teams.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and customer information.
Update CRM and scheduling systems with relevant information.
Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in company services.
Manage appointment calendars and coordinate scheduling conflicts when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, appointment setting, administrative support, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
