Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to rapidly clear operational or transit blockages.
- Manage and optimize ISC workflows to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and materials.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to ISC processes.
- Bonus: Analyze test data and troubleshoot complex issues to support product development and manufacturing processes.
- Document test results accurately and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams for corrective action.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all testing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product testing or technical troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, diagnostic tools, and quality standards to ensure product compliance.
- Proficiency in using advanced test equipment and software to perform detailed analysis and problem resolution.
- Experience in documenting test procedures and results to maintain traceability and support continuous improvement.
- Able to interpret technical specifications and schematics to identify and resolve product issues effectively.
- Youth of an associate’s degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards applicable to product testing.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
