Work Coordinator- Cash Vault

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Work Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a production-based role responsible for assigning workloads and leading a team of four. The position is strictly non-customer facing and focuses on back-end processing within a secure cash handling environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts
• Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment
• Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Previous experience in cash handling, banking operations, or processing roles preferred

Schedule

Monday to Friday, morning shift ending at 5 PM.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $26.39 per hour, based on the primary location.
