Responsibilities
- Performing various physical, clerical, and administrative support duties for the GSE shop and Management.
- Serving as a contact for both internal and external customers.
- Tracking and complying with maintenance activities (processing work orders, scheduling routine maintenance checks, monthly follow-up of open maintenance items, processing/filing/submitting of required compliance paperwork).
- Assisting with general maintenance program issues.
- Assisting the local manager with purchasing card reconciliation, parts receipt verifications, invoicing, vendor coordination/follow-up, and processing of required personnel/SIDA paperwork.
Qualifications
- SDIA badge required.
- M-F 1400-2200 Onsite role.
