Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative support duties including typing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and answering phones.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Process and track maintenance work orders and compliance activities.
- Schedule routine maintenance checks and follow up on open maintenance items.
- Process, file, and submit required compliance documentation.
- Assist with maintenance program coordination and related operational tasks.
- Support purchasing card reconciliation and invoice processing.
- Verify parts receipts and coordinate with vendors for follow-up activities.
- Process required personnel and SIDA-related paperwork.
- Assist local management with daily operational and administrative functions.
Qualifications
- SIDA badge required
- Valid driving capability/license required
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday. 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
