Frantz EyeCare is a physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty practice seeking an Optometrist to join our team in beautiful Southwest Florida (Fort Myers and/or Naples).

This full-time opportunity is designed for an Optometrist who wants to build something meaningful, work alongside outstanding physicians and providers, and be part of a culture that values excellence, collaboration, and long-term growth. You will enjoy exceptional clinical volume in a patient-focused environment, practicing full-scope optometry with strong medical exposure alongside experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists.
Providers are supported by dedicated scribes and work-up technicians, allowing you to focus on patient care while utilizing advanced diagnostic technology and a continually expanding portfolio of leading-edge equipment.
Frantz EyeCare is a premier comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry practice with seven locations across the Fort Myers and Naples region, featuring two licensed on-site Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
