Work 4 Days, Get 4 Off! 12hr - Day Shift Line Operator Needed

Responsibilities

• Safety is paramount; all tasks must be performed in a safe manner, with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude and approach, while consistently meeting productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot issues related to quality or productivity, whether concerning the team or machinery.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Maintain keen attention to detail while multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Adjust machinery as necessary and suggest process or procedure improvements.
• Collaborate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers to address issues and implement improvements.
• Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Obtain and maintain three certifications and train others as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school education or GED equivalent is required.
• The ability to read a tape measure is necessary.
• Recent manufacturing experience is preferred.
