About the role
This position is within our design and production team. You will work closely with our creative directors and project managers to bring our vision to life through innovative woodworking and joinery projects.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative directors and project managers to develop and execute design concepts.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
- Operate various woodworking machinery and tools to produce high-quality pieces.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and deadlines.
- Participate in the development of new products and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Woodworking, Furniture Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and woodworking machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sustainable materials and practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in woodworking machinery and tools.
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques.
