Woodstone Aquatics Supervisor

About the Role

The Woodstone Aquatic Supervisor is part of an incredible team working at our indoor/outdoor pools. In this fast-paced, positive, and fun team-oriented environment, the Aquatic Supervisor assists in overseeing day-to-day operations on the aquatic floor, monitors guests and staff to ensure safety protocols are upheld, and is responsible for the upkeep and monitoring of the aquatic pump rooms. The role involves providing excellent customer service to deliver a remarkable guest experience in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations on the aquatic floor.
• Monitor guests and staff to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain and monitor the aquatic pump rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests of all ages.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor certification (training provided upon hire).
• Must maintain current American Red Cross LG/CPR/AED/FA with Waterpark and O2 administration certification.
• Strong leadership and customer service qualities.
• Mechanical ability or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an aquatic pump room (training provided upon hire).
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with guests of all ages.
• Previous supervisory experience and/or strong leadership skills.

Schedule

Days and times are somewhat flexible, including weekends and evenings. Schedule may vary from week to week. Availability during holidays is required as needed.

Pay

$15 per hour.
