Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
• Complete daily review of wood tickets, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure accurate records for payments.
• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, responding to enquiries relating to wood deliveries, receipts, and payments and helping to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide day-to-day support to Fiber Supply team members to keep the wood supply and administrative process running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate electronic and historical records ensuring information is organized and accessible when needed.
• Coordinate ordering and maintaining essential supplies for the scale houses and Fiber Supply team members to support day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and process the weekly supplier payment batch, ensuring information is accurate and payments are completed in a timely manner.
• Become a LIMS “Super User” to provide backup and redundancy for critical skills.
• Become proficient in SAP to support business functions.
