About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts who can make every visitor feel like the star of the show. From the moment guests walk through the door, you’ll greet them with a smile, guide them through the experience, and ensure their visit is extraordinary. As a part-time Team Merlin Guest Experience Host, you will help create lifelong memorable experiences for our guests. Our Hosts work in a variety of positions across the attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Retail, Birthday Party, and Special Events. You will deliver the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge while ensuring guests experience optimal fun in a magical, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, demonstrating the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
• Seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless energy.
• Manage extended lines safely while delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain well-stocked displays and point of sale in all public areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for attraction opening.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions (preferred).
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pay

USD $15.75/Hr.
