Women's Soccer Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Women’s Soccer program
• Conduct practices and competitions following university and NCAA guidelines
• Recruit highly skilled student-athletes for the team
• Orient student-athletes to university policies and regulations
• Manage conduct and discipline of team members
• Collaborate with admissions and compliance offices for athlete enrollment
• Aid in fundraising efforts for the Women’s Soccer program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years coaching Women’s Soccer at the college level or higher
• Competitive collegiate division I Women’s Soccer experience desirable
• Strong organizational, oral, written, and computer communication skills
• Knowledge of NCAA bylaws
