Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Women’s Soccer program
- Conduct practices and competitions following university and NCAA guidelines
- Recruit highly skilled student-athletes for the team
- Orient student-athletes to university policies and regulations
- Manage conduct and discipline of team members
- Collaborate with admissions and compliance offices for athlete enrollment
- Aid in fundraising efforts for the Women’s Soccer program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years coaching Women’s Soccer at the college level or higher
- Competitive collegiate division I Women’s Soccer experience desirable
- Strong organizational, oral, written, and computer communication skills
- Knowledge of NCAA bylaws
