Role Summary

Our Staff is responsible for providing all Champion’s QUEST athletes a successful, effective and fun performance improvement experience based on our philosophy, practices, and curriculum. Support of our Mission to help every young athlete we can by actively “spreading the word” about the great work you and your peers do at Champion’s QUEST. Contribute to, and support, the positive development of Champion’s QUEST coaching practices through idea generation, continuing education, and Champion’s QUEST in-house training. Adhere to work availability schedule and hours.

Mandatory Requirements

• An outgoing/extroverted personality is a must.
• A Degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, or similar science is a must.
• To be a NCAA Athlete while attending college is a must. (Women's Soccer team for this specific opening)
• To obtain NSCA-CSCS Certification (Or within 90 days of hire) is a must. NASM-PES or USA-Weightlifting also apply.
• A strong desire to have a career and expert positioning in the local sports community is a must. We are not looking for hour by hour or job minded staff.
• The candidate is looking for a place to call home for 10+ years and has a desire to earn their way to a compensation $60K -> above $100K/year with revenue sharing.

• Additional Salary Information: Hourly (Assistant Coach, Entry Level position for promotion consideration)
