Women's Assistant Basketball Coach

Duties

• Assists the Head Coach in all aspects of the basketball program.
• Recruiting players, holding tryouts, and assisting in coaching the intercollegiate basketball team.
• Assisting with scheduling, organizing, supervising, and conducting all practices and games.
• Available for morning practices.
• Preparing scouting reports and conducting film breakdown/analysis of opponents and team performance to support game preparation and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with the Head Coach on game preparation, including film review, opponent tendencies, and implementation of game plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college education preferred.
• Coaching experience at the high school level or above.
• Basketball coaching experience at the college level desired.
• College recruiting experience desired.
• Familiarity with southeastern Wisconsin AAU and club teams desired.
• First aid/CPR certification plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and leadership skills required.
• Must be able to serve as a positive role model for young adults.
• Familiarity with NJCAA rules and regulations plus.
• Clean driving record preferred.
