Assistant Manager
About the role
The Assistant Manager position at Hobby Lobby is one of hourly store management. A typical work week consists of 40-48 hours, with regular store hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 8:00PM, and closed on Sunday. Typical hours include working from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, closing the store 2 nights a week and working every other Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions
