In this role, you will prepare signature wok dishes with speed, precision, and artistry, ensuring every plate adheres to exact recipe standards and flawless presentation. You’ll manage high-volume production, track food safety and temperature logs, maintain a clean and fully stocked station, and collaborate closely with our Chef on prep and inventory planning.
