Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their warehouse operations and logistics needs
- Present tailored WMS solutions to meet customer requirements and drive sales
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and present system capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for business growth
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process
- Aid in the creation of proposals and technical documentation
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements
- Stay current with industry trends and WMS technology advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in WMS or related technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with multiple WMS platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with automation solutions and robotics in warehouse environments
- Sales certification or relevant industry certifications
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and conferences
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS), or related logistics software
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing technologies
- Prior experience in selling to 3PLs, e-commerce operators, or warehouse/logistics companies
