WMS HighJump Developer

Role Overview

The primary goal of Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming the core, enabling patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations. The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain WMS applications, preferably HighJump.
• Integrate WMS with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors to integrate automation systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and third-party partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain or distribution environments.
• 5+ years of experience in WMS development (HighJump preferred).
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of APIs and middleware for system integration.
• Experience working with automation systems and external vendors.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud-based WMS/TMS solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated deployments (Github) and observability practices.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $113,000 - $141,000 - $169,000 USD.
