Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Developer (HighJump/Körber)

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities

• Enhance warehouse management capabilities through effective SQL development and database management
• Streamline processes, improve data integrity, and support growing business needs
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support HighJump WMS and its integration with ERP and e-commerce systems
• Resolve and update IT tickets for WMS SQL-related tasks/issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, IT, and business analysis teams to gather requirements and create SQL solutions
• Work with application vendors on incidents and technical support as needed
• Aid in system upgrades, ensuring the integrity and security of data throughout the process
• Create/modify standard operating procedures and documentation as needed
• Provide on-call and after-hours support and maintenance duties as required
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SQL development and warehouse management to continuously improve systems
