About the role

Under the responsibility of the Manager, the WMS Analyst supervises, coordinates, and oversees logistics operations, providing coaching, development, and training to staff members. The successful candidate will recommend improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes, ensuring staff performance meets standards and business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating worker activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
• Cultivate team spirit through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend performance awards, merit increases, and address performance problems through corrective action or disciplinary processes.
• Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
• Implement health, safety, and security initiatives, ensuring adherence to company rules and policies.
• Provide orientation, information, technology, and materials necessary for employees and Lead Hands to perform their jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated: No.

Pay

Annual salary range: $60,000–$62,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 04:00 PM–01:00 AM (must be flexible).
