Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and operational support for WMS applications across Distribution Centers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize SQL to investigate data issues, generate reports, and support business analysis.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve system and process-related issues.
- Gather and document business requirements and assist with system enhancements and testing.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, or similar (preferred).
