About the Role
The US Wealth Operations Business Management Analyst supports the efficient administration and strategic execution of US Wealth Sales, Product, and Marketing operations. Reporting to the US Wealth Business Manager and collaborating with the US Wealth COO and Head of US Wealth, this role manages business administration, translates strategy into actionable plans, and drives cross-functional initiatives across US Wealth and NAMI business teams.
Responsibilities
- Institute and administer best practices for US Wealth budget tracking, serving as a centralized point for expense management support.
- Process invoices for key vendor relationships, sponsorships, and industry conference events.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of US Wealth vendor relationships and contracts.
- Maintain current US Wealth organizational charts.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the sales commissions process to support operational oversight.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
- Conduct industry research to inform projects and strategic design.
- Collaborate across US Wealth functions to produce and maintain comprehensive business plans.
- Support sales forecasting processes in partnership with the Business Manager.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure business heads receive timely sales and activity reports.
- Track and report on key performance metrics across US Wealth operations.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position at commencement of employment is $65,000 to $85,000 per year. The total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (e.g., vacation, sick time, parental leave). Base pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors.
