About the role
Candidate will communicate with and collaborate with the physicians, other Hospital nursing staff and other healthcare team members to provide consistent quality care for wound treatment program patients.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in the state of PA
- Two years experienced in acute setting
- Wound care and ambulatory care experience desirable
- Ability to complete two-man lift, wheelchair to exam table
- Actively engages in conversation with patient and family
