About the role
Under the direction and supervision of the Sports Director, the Program Specialist I is primarily responsible for the supervision of the Youth Sports Programs. They will assist in the supervision of Youth Sports staff including assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating. The role includes maintaining and improving the quality, enrollment, and retention of participants, as well as staying aware of current trends in the field.
