About the role

The Wisconsin State Senate Democratic Caucus (SSDC) is the progressive political organization that supports the election and re-election of Democrats in the Wisconsin State Senate. The SSDC is the political arm of the Wisconsin Senate Democrats, overseen by Democratic Minority Leader Dianne Hesselbein.

Responsibilities

• Engage with voters, volunteers, and community leaders to build support for Democratic candidates and causes
• Organize and execute voter contact programs, including canvassing, phone banking, and digital outreach
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to expand campaign capacity
• Develop and implement grassroots strategies to mobilize voters and increase turnout
• Collaborate with campaign staff, allied organizations, and local Democratic parties
• Track and report on field activities, voter contacts, and campaign progress
• Assist in planning and executing events, rallies, and other campaign activities
