About the Role

TurnSignl is hiring contract Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Immigration Attorney Advocates to join our network of attorneys, supporting TurnSignl app users through inbound video chats related to potential traffic violations, criminal defense, immigration, or personal injury matters. The role involves initial consultations within the attorney's local jurisdiction. We prioritize hiring attorneys passionate about helping people, irrespective of case size. Attorneys on TurnSignl focus solely on initial consultations on the platform, emphasizing a commitment to high standards of legal guidance and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle TurnSignl app user video chat inquiries in Wisconsin
  • Provide calm, clear issue-spotting and next-step guidance
  • Represent TurnSignl as a positive presence in Maine's legal community
  • Support local business initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and/or Immigration
  • Criminal law background is essential
  • Active malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to onboarding)
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable on video
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people

Pay

  • $50-$150 per qualifying supported video chat
  • Optional performance-based bonus opportunities

License/Certification

  • Licensed and in good standing with Wisconsin State Bar (required)
