Wireless Zone Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll get to know our communication technology inside and out and be the expert everyone looks to for the latest in wireless and wired technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the Company and meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Stay up-to-date on competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers and provide efficient, courteous customer service in all aspects of product offerings and services.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service in person, via phone, or written note.

Requirements

• Use competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi and data devices.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Work a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, involving occasional overtime.

Position may be commissioned and quota-based.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred.
