Well, we have the job for you. As a Wireless Operations Assistant, you'll get to learn our communication technology, operations and sales process inside and out. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Wireless Zone or Verizon Corporate.
Responsibilities
- Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls
- Assisting customers with customer service needs
- Merchandising sales floors
- Organizing stock rooms
- Greeting customers
- Transferring customer's data to their new device
- Selling accessories
- Completing all other daily needs of a retail store location
- Handling service inquiries from customers
- Providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
Requirements
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
- Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers
