Responsibilities
- Assist in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls
- Assist customers with customer service needs
- Merchandise sales floors
- Organize stock rooms
- Greet customers
- Transfer customer data to their new device
- Sell accessories
- Complete all other daily needs of a retail store location
- Handle service inquiries from customers
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
Requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi‑Fi and data devices
- Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
- Work a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional overtime
