About the role

Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Store Manager to run your own store and maximize your earning potential. Inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results in a high-performing wireless sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
  • Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
  • Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of recent retail wireless sales experience (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions

Pay

$35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives). Our lucrative commission-based sales structure allows top performers to earn up to $140,000 annually.
