What You’ll Do
- Aid customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and account services.
- Promote and sell devices, rate plans, and promotional offers (including “free phone” promotions).
- Sell accessories and bundle opportunities with every transaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Educate customers on products, features, and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory standards.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive sales culture.
Key Performance Expectations
- Gross activations and upgrades.
- Accessory attachment and bundle sales.
- Feature and protection plan offerings.
- Revenue and KPI performance metrics.
- Customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus but not required).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends).
- Basic technology proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
