Wireless Sales Representative

Average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $16 to $20 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure available for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as the first line of contact for customers daily, maintaining a positive attitude and driving sales.
• Engage with customers to match income with effort and performance.
• Work in a dynamic retail environment focused on T-Mobile products and 5G technology.

Requirements

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
