Wireless Sales Representative

Average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure available for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company and the first line of contact for customers daily.
• Generate sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, drive sales, and ensure your income reflects your effort.
• Engage with customers in a dynamic, fast-paced wireless retail setting (T-Mobile products).

Requirements

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
