Who is this for? All new hires for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding any promotions)
How is this paid? A simple $400 payout
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Act as the first line of contact for customers every day
- Provide a positive attitude for customers, drive sales, and match income to the work put in
- Contribute to a dynamic, high-energy retail environment with opportunities for career growth
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
