Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Help customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
