• Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
