Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Install and configure wireless devices and equipment
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless technologies and products is beneficial
