About the role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling wireless products and services, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan and device for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless products and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in choosing the right plan and device
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
