About the role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling wireless devices and services, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in choosing the right plan for their needs
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
