About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Sell personalized solutions that exceed basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
  • Show composure, integrity, and compassion when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's expanding coverage and services.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
  • Seek out and learn about innovations in wireless and technology during shifts.
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
