About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom, you’ll lead a Retail Team to bring our brand to life, embodying our Core Values and acting as a brand ambassador. You’ll create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on building meaningful connections with customers. Your expertise will lie in uncovering customer needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrating how to assist customers seamlessly across online, customer care, and in-store channels.
• Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing sales, inventory, and implementation of new programs.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain a top-notch store environment, approaching service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Complete trainings on in-store experiences, new skills, systems, and reference resources.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.

Qualifications

• Prior wireless sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
