What You'll Do in Your Role

Demonstrate how to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.

Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.

Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.

Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.

Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as:

  • How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in the customer's neighborhood, providing lightning-fast LTE network.
  • Why plans and services will let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further.
  • How we're redefining wireless, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.

Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, and processes, and be knowledgeable about systems and reference resources.

Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless environment.

Successfully identify and handoff small business leads, and develop strong peer relationships where accountability for the company's success is shared.

Must Haves

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Wireless sales experience
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full-time availability (45 hours)
