Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless to customers, providing information on products and services.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, including helping them choose the right devices and plans.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services is beneficial.

Pay

$12 per hour - $29 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
