Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchasing decisions
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Train customers on the use of wireless devices and services
• Process transactions using the point of sale system
• Handle returns and exchanges according to policy
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service background

Pay

$14.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
