Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless to sell wireless service plans, accessories, and devices to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of products.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

$16 per hour - $25 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
