Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Assist customers in selecting and activating wireless devices and services.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

$18.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
