Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the right products and services
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment
• Process transactions using a point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay

$16.00 per hour - $25 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
