Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless to customers, providing information on products and services.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding wireless service plans and devices.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting issues related to wireless products.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
$15.00 per hour - $27.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
